Returns & Refunds

We want every Dfuse order to arrive exactly as expected. Because each vent clip is laser-etched and shipped with fragrance sticks, we don't accept returns for change of mind — but we'll always make it right if something's wrong on our end.

When we'll issue a refund or replacement:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- Your order didn't arrive (lost in transit, confirmed with the carrier)

How to request one:
Email hello@dfuse.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review and get back to you within 2 business days with a replacement or refund.

Not eligible for return:
- Change of mind or incorrect size/finish selection
- Normal wear, or fragrance sticks that have simply run their course
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Replacement shipping is on us for anything covered above.
